RETAIL MARKET VISIT TO THE “GRAND VENICE”MALL

The Trainees of Frontline Udaan of Batch 006 had been to a Retail Market Visit to the
“Grand Venice Mall” at Greater Noida on 20/11/2016.Thereby the trainees were
asked to prepare the SWOT analysis(Strength
,Weakness, Opportunity and Threats) Analysis there .
The Trainee of Frontline Udaan had a great time Watching the
Design and Infrastructure of the Mall especially the Gondola Ride on the San
polo Canal.
Trainees were asked to
develop a Report on the basis of the SWOT analysis of the “Grand Venice” as
well as on one of its Retail Outlet “BIG BAZZAR” and gave presentation in a
group of 2 . Some of the Trainees came up with some Views and their Views are
as follows.
“The Grand Venice located in Greater Noida provides an wonderful
experience of the city of Venice, Italy.
The concept brings hospitality, entertainment and luxury.

The main idea behind Grand Venice is to develop Noida as the
next tourist destination. Being the lively recreation of the City of Venice,
The Grand Venice is endowed with replicas of every structural and architectural
marvel of the city.”
